Once we received your order, we will immediately reply you with the stock availablilty, your TOTAL purchase, postage charges and also our Bank details.
DELIVERY & PAYMENT INFO
For Brunei customers pick-up place will be at Seri Q-Lap Mall OR Airport Mall. We also provide courier service which will be charged according to the local Post Office. Thus, Seria and KB customers are also WELCOME!!
For Malaysia customers there will be NO pick-up place. It will only be by courier and will charged accordingly to the local Post Office.
1a) For Existing stock items, we will immediately post out once we received your FULL payment.
1b) For Pre-Ordered stock items, it will take MINIMUM 2-3weeks before arrival. We deeply thanks you for your patience on such delay.
Upon arrival, we will do a careful checking for you on the goods before we post out the goods to you.
NOTE: ALL goods will only be post out to you AFTER we received FULL PAYMENT. Postage charges will send to you together with your total purchase.
